Reservation Policies

The following reservation policies apply to all bookings.

Dear Valued Guest,​

As we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, welcoming, safeguarding and taking care of others is at the very heart of what we do and who we are.  

To ensure guest well-being at our retreat, we have been extra diligent in ensuring our cleaning and safety standards exceed protocols.

Every booking sets in motion a set of protocol standards that need to be in place before we welcome each guest.

Effective immediately, there will be a mandatory security deposit imposed at the time of booking for 100% of the booking cost. Reservation will only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card and the deposit is non-refundable.  

In the event that a cancellation is unavoidable we will do our very best to reschedule your stay for another date.

  • Our rates are per night for the room (single or double occupancy – maximum of two persons per room)
  • Our rates include a gourmet breakfast  
  • We cater to all special dietary needs as requested in advance of your visit
  • Children are welcome – children under 3 stay free in booked guest rooms
  • Pets are welcome
  • Some Suites are equipped for meal preparation (inquire for details)
  • All reservations require a 100% deposit
  • Unless previously arranged,  check-in time is 3:00 pm, or later
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am, or earlier
  • Our home is smoke-free, but our guests are welcome to smoke outdoors

  • HST is applicable on all charges
